netsetman requires a 64-bit build
Hello, my system only supports 64-bit built programs and cannot execute 32-bit programs. I hope to provide a Windows system program suitable for 64-bits.

Windows 10 IoT Core Services
Removed 32-bit support, only 64-bit programs can be used

Windows 10 IOT Core is meant for wearables and smart home devices. NetSetMan is developed to be used on end user laptops. These are completely different areas of application.
Why do you consider the software to be useful for IOT devices? There are surely better and smaller solutions for tiny devices than a feature-rich software?
