Does NetSetMan need to be started with Windows for AutoSwitch?
For AutoSwitch to work, does NetSetMan need to be started with Windows? Or is having NetSetMan Service started with Windows enough?

AutoSwitch is part of NetSetMan. So yes, it must be running for this.
