Z1deHq.jpg

It seems the killer wireless is not recognized since it is grayed.

I also notice that there is an indentation

I'm using windows 10 prof 64-bit

Re: Killer Wireless not recognized

The gray text is the technical description of the adapter (like for the other network adapters above as well). The black text is the custom name that can be renamed by the user in the Network Connections dialog of Windows. If the name is not being displayed this usually means that the NIC is not operational or not available at this moment. Windows only provides names for NICs that are currently present.

Is this a fresh installation or has it stopped working after some driver change?

Do you see the NIC in the Windows Network Connection dialog? (you can easily open it through the Tools menu)

Open the internal NIC management tool to see further details for this NIC. Please read this help file topic for more info: www.netsetman.com/en/help?hf=en#hf_nics
