Xfinitywifi using MAC address

i found this program looking for a solution to this issue, and found a guide how to do the basic setup.
so.. xfinitywifi recently began giving me major issues. the best signal one is not giving me any access to the internet.
I had to setup NetSetMan to pick a different one manually using MAC
However, i am sometimes running into issues. I believe it's when the one im on drops (even briefly)... it keeps automatically reconnecting to that strong one again.
So, my question is, can i straight up ban the thing from connecting to those MACs/channels/something, basically completely ignore them.. (or at least stop re-choosing its own one when something goes wrong with the one im on)

Re: Xfinitywifi using MAC address

WiFi profiles have an option to be automatically connected. In your case you should disable it. You can do this in the NSM WiFi Management by selecting the profile and unchecking the corresponding option.
